Barry T. Stock, owner of Stock Properties in Morganton has been actively involved in real estate since 1976. Prior to starting Stock Properties in 1995, he managed other companies and owned the local RE/MAX franchise for seven years. In the early 90’s, after years in general brokerage he began directing his efforts towards non-residential properties. He has both the GRI and CRS designations and is currently working towards the completion of his CCIM designation.
Barry lives with his wife Lori, a first grade teacher and his son Spencer. He enjoys golf, flyfishing, his home office, and no longer wearing ties!
