Buzz comes to Stock Properties after thirty four years in the commercial lending field. His years of helping to finance business purchases should prove invaluable in helping both buyers and sellers with their commercial or industrial property needs. He will also be specializing in income producing properties due to his experience with cash flow analysis.
Raised in Florida , Buzz moved to Morganton in 1992 and has made this home for his wife Merilee and two daughters, Megan & Lindsey. Merilee teaches third grade at Mull Elementary School. Megan is married and teaches 4th grade in Kernersville, NC. Lindsey has completed her Masters at Wake Forest University and is a high school teacher in Winston Salem, NC. Buzz and his family are members of Burkemont Baptist Church.
Buzz is a member of the Burke County Board of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS as well as the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS. He is also a member of the Morganton Christian Business Men, and a past Board member of Mimosa Hills Country Club.
