Buzz comes to Stock Properties after thirty four years in the commercial lending field.  His years of helping to finance business purchases should prove invaluable in helping both buyers and sellers with their commercial or industrial property needs.  He will also be specializing in income producing properties due to his experience with cash flow analysis. 

Raised in Florida , Buzz moved to Morganton in 1992 and has made this home for his wife Merilee and two daughters, Megan & Lindsey.  Merilee teaches forth grade at Mull Elementary School.  Megan is married to Zack and is a Curriculum Coordinator at Sedge Garden  Elementary School  in Kernersville, NC.  She has her Masters in Reading Education.  Lindsey has completed her Masters at Wake Forest University and is a high school math teacher at Parkland High School in Winston Salem, NC.  She and her husband Boomer reside in Kernersville, NC.  Buzz and his family are members of Burkemont Baptist Church.

Buzz is a member of the Burke County Board of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS as well as the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS.  He is also a member of the Morganton Christian Business Men, and a past Board member of Mimosa Hills Country Club.
